I remember my first by-line. I wrote an article for a small local paper and was thrilled when it was published. The wonderful man who published it was Roger Sterling and I remember him giving me the date when it would be out in print. On that day, I found the paper, saw my name under the article and thought, “I am published, it is real and in print for everyone to see.”
I felt the same way today. I printed my book out, all two hundred twelve pages. It is in print and it is real. I am editing and polishing. Can’t wait for you all to read it.
