I run (or walk really, really fast) just about every morning.  I do it for the health benefits, (actually I do it because I am vain and am in a constant battle to maintain my weight and keep it from going up).  But now I have another reason for doing it.  The attached article discuss how walking improves creativity.

As a writer, I’m interested in anything I can do to improve my creativity and as someone who is always working to stay fit, I’m glad to see these two ideas come together in an activity as simple as walking.

As the New Year comes up and we all start our resolutions, you can kill two birds with one stone by walking every day to improve your health and creativity.
