Just letting you all know, I’ve submitted the first book to Amazon (Kindle) and Nook (Barnes and Noble) and it should be available in 2-3 days, provided nothing has gone wrong in the formatting or upload. This first book will be free on Nook but Kindle has it priced at $2.99 – I’m sure Kindle will match the price but that will take at least a week so feel free to ask Amazon to price match, I plan to. Once that price is matched I’ll let you all know.
